Data we process

Data you share when contacting us by email or WhatsApp, or when completing a form on this site or its subdomains, and the technical data required to serve the pages, maintain security and diagnose errors.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your enquiries and assessing potential projects: your consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing contracted services: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Maintaining site security and operation: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for its purpose and to comply with applicable legal obligations. If we do not work together, for up to 12 months after the last contact.

Recipients

Web-hosting and email providers acting as processors. Some may be outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers use the safeguards required by the GDPR. WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose that channel, which is also governed by its own policy. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, request portability and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@safelabs.es. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
